Billing questions
How do I pay?
Card and other payment methods are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle also handles invoices and sales tax. Ordeus never sees your card details.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can move to another plan or between 1 API and Unlimited APIs at any time from the Plans page in the app.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from the Plans page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
