These terms apply to the Ordeus website, web dashboard and Android app (together, "Ordeus"). In these terms, "we" and "us" means Ordeus. By creating an account or using Ordeus, you agree to these terms.

1. What Ordeus does

Ordeus helps sellers on online marketplaces, currently Eldorado.gg, receive alerts for new orders and manage orders, offers, status and earnings. Ordeus works only through the marketplace's official seller API, using the API credential you provide.

2. Independence from marketplaces

Ordeus is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Eldorado.gg or any other marketplace. Your use of each marketplace remains governed by that marketplace's own terms, and you are responsible for following them.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account and in your workspace, including actions taken by members you invite.
• Connect only marketplace accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.

4. Free trial and plans

New stores get one 3-day free trial with every feature included. After the trial, a paid plan is required to keep alerts and actions running. Plan limits, such as members, API connections and devices, are shown on the pricing page.

5. Payment

Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, invoices and sales tax. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. We may also accept payment in cryptocurrency. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change applies to your plan.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Ordeus to break the law or a marketplace's rules, to access accounts you are not authorised to use, to interfere with Ordeus or the marketplaces it connects to, or to resell or copy the service.

8. Actions you take

Actions such as delivering, cancelling or extending an order, or creating, changing or deleting offers, are sent to the marketplace on your instruction and take effect there right away. Check each action before you confirm it.

9. Availability

We work to keep Ordeus running at all times, but we cannot guarantee it. Ordeus depends on the marketplaces' APIs, mobile networks, push notification services and your device settings. Alerts can be delayed or missed, so you should still keep an eye on your marketplace account.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Ordeus is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost sales, marketplace penalties or account actions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Ordeus and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies.

13. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
