Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026
This policy explains what data Ordeus collects, why, and what you can do about it. Ordeus is responsible for your data. Contact: support@ordeus.net.
1. Data we collect
- Account: your email address, a display name if you set one, and your password (stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text).
- Marketplace credential: the Seller API Client ID and Client Secret you add. The secret is stored encrypted and used only to call the marketplace's official API for you.
- Store data from the marketplace: your orders (items, amounts, states, dates, the buyer's marketplace username), your offers, and your online status.
- Team: the email addresses you invite and each member's role.
- Devices: a push notification token, the device type (phone or computer) and a device name, so alerts reach the right devices and plan limits apply.
- Activity: a log of actions taken in your workspace, such as delivering an order or changing a price, and who took them.
- Payments: handled by Paddle. We receive your plan, payment status and billing country, never your full card details.
2. Why we use it
- To provide Ordeus: send order alerts, show and act on your orders and offers, and calculate your earnings.
- To manage your plan, trial and devices.
- To keep Ordeus secure and fix problems.
- To answer you when you contact support.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Service providers
We use trusted service providers for hosting, sign-in, push notifications and payments. They process data only to provide their service to Ordeus and are bound by their own security and data protection terms. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Ordeus also sends requests to the marketplace you connect, using your credential, to read and manage your store.
Your data may be processed outside your country.
4. How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as billing records.
5. Your choices and rights
- Remove a marketplace connection at any time in Settings, then Connections. This deletes the stored credential.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing support.
- Where your local law gives you further rights, such as objecting to processing, you can use them by emailing support.
6. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections. Marketplace secrets are encrypted at rest. Access to your workspace is limited by roles you control.
7. Children
Ordeus is not intended for anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in the app.
